Robson Design, et all will make every effort to respect the privacy of our online visitors.  We do not use "cookie" technology, but we do use an invisible counter to track the number of visitors to our site.

When you order a template, your email address is a necessary item within the shopping cart system.  We do record and store this information (along with the name of the package and the date of the order) into a database. This information is kept on a personal computer.  As well, your email address and name are kept when you download a Free Theme. No information will be sold, traded, or otherwise viewed by any third parties.

From time to time, Robson Design may contact you with information we feel is worthy.  If you do not wish to receive any future email notices, simply send us an email stating that you wish to be removed from all future mailings.

At this time, we do not have the technology to screen information or data taken from individuals who are minors.  Parents are urged to regularly monitor and supervise their children's online activities.

We  reserve the right to change this policy at any time.  We recommend that you periodically check this page for updates.

All orders from our site are processed through PayPal and are handled on secure servers.  Before you order the first time using PayPal, there is a quick and painless 2 minute registration process.  This process protects the buyer and is for your protection.  Robson Design does not receive any of your credit card information.  We are only notified at the time of sale of your name, email address, and the package you purchased.

We have added instant download to our PayPal orders. Please let us know ASAP if there are any problems with your download.

As stated above we use only PayPal as our online processor. With the ever growing instances of online fraud we fell it is the only way to protect ourselves and our clients. Unfortunately there are several countries that PayPal does not except based on the amount of fraud that occurs online from these countries. We are sorry to say, we cannot change their policies, nor can we overwrite them. If you are purchasing from a country not included on PayPal list then you will not be able to order from our online catalogue.

You can still purchase from us via US Money order. You will need to send us an email with the name and colour of the template you wish to purchase, we will then send you a request for a money order. When we have receive the money order via snail mail we will send you a download for your template.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is the only option available to us at this time.

We stand behind each and every product we sell and are willing to offer support to our clients who need a little help.

• We have devoted a huge amount of time to develop a guide for those building their websites with one of our templates. It can be purchased here. Our help files will also answer most basic questions. If your question is not answered in our help files or guide, please email your question to us and we will direct you to an answer. Due to time constraints, we will give special focused to those that have purchased the guide and are still having problems.

• If you do have a problem with your template package, please email or telephone us.  You can find this information on our Contact page.  If we are unavailable, we will return your email or phone call as soon as possible during our normal business hours.

• We do not modify any template contained in our catalog by changing the colors, including your logo, or making modifications to the design or page layout.  These services are available only at our normal design rates.  Please see our Custom Development page for more information.

• If we make a mistake in a template element or in packaging, we will correct the situation and email you a replacement copy immediately.

• Time marches on and new software is introduced.  We no longer design for FrontPage 98 or 2000, and make no guarantees that a template will work in these versions. All our templates are tested in FrontPage 2002-2003, we can make no guarantees as to how our templates will work in future versions to come.

• We do our best to make our templates viewable in as many browsers and versions as possible, but we are dealing with a Microsoft product here.  Many of our themes were optimized to be viewed with IE 6+ and FireFox.  When new browsers are introduced, we take a "wait and see" position.  Please note that we do not optimize our packages for Netscape 4 versions.  Getting our templates to look perfect in all browsers is our goal, but we still run into problems from time to time.  It is the end user's responsibility to have some basic knowledge of what will (and what won't) work in the various browsers and then tweak your templates pages to fit your viewing audience.

• Because we have a soft spot for FrontPage users, we do a lot of things for free when time permits.  Feel free to email us with your questions.

While we will do our best to help out those that have lost their templates, it is not our responsibility to replace lost templates. Please be sure to make backups of all products downloaded from this site.

If you have lost your original copy and have published your web, you can publish your web from the web host server back to your original hard drive. Just open FrontPage and go to File / Open Web.  Type in the URL of your web site.  Then go to File / Publish Web and select a location on your hard drive. This will place a copy of your current site onto your own hard drive along with all files.

If you have not yet published your web and have lost your template package, we regret that your only recourse is to repurchase the template if it is still available in our catalogue pages.

We do not offer refunds on any products sold on this site. Please be sure of what you are ordering when you order. If you are unsure of a product, please email us for more information before you buy.

If for some reason your package or template is defective we will fix and replace it or offer you a different template in return.
