Something strange is going on. What do I do?

You first need to determine if your problem is related to the template, to FrontPage, or to the server extensions. All of our templates are thoroughly tested before they are added to our catalog. If your template was correct when you first created your new web but something happened while you were adding your content or images, chances are you did one of the following:
• You accidentally resized a table (row or column) by dragging one of the edges. In this case, it is best to make a copy of a page which is correct and then copy your text to this new page. Rename this page to replace the incorrect one.
• You inserted an image or table which is too large for the containing area. In this case, remove the element to see if this fixes the page. If it does, resize your image or table to fit within the area or move the item to another area on the page.
• The page looks fine in the normal view but looks wrong when you click on the preview tab, be aware that the preview tab does not give an accurate view. You should go to File > Preview in Browser.
If you are having difficulty renaming pages, inserting a form, or adding other functions to your web pages, these are FrontPage related items. You will need to refer to the FrontPage help files for more information. We have found that by going to Tools > Recalculate Hyperlinks, we can easily fix a variety of tiny glitches. It's a good idea to this each time before you publish your web and after making major changes to your web. For more serious issues, go to Help > Detect and Repair which can also iron out many problems.
If everything is fine on your local computer, but once you publish your web the navigation or form (if applicable) is not working does not appear, these are server extension issues. You will need to contact your web host for more information. As a side note, we have had hosts in the past who blame every little problem on FrontPage. Needless to say, we changed web hosts to one who was more knowledgeable about server extension issues.
I lost my template when my computer crashed. Can I get another copy?

Our policy is to replace your theme and template package within 30 days from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for the policies of other companies who offer our products for sale or who have resold our templates in the past. While most people would rather crash their cars rather than their hard drive, it is each individual's responsibility to backup important data. Please place your original zipped download file onto a floppy disk or other removable media, label this disk with the name of the theme, date of purchase, order number, and any other important information. If the template package is no longer shown on our catalogue pages, we cannot replace it.
